Use of the PayPlan by RBC merchant application is subject to your PayPlan by RBC Merchant Agreement. If you have not agreed to a PayPlan by RBC Merchant Agreement, you are not permitted to install the PayPlan by RBC merchant application. For the avoidance of doubt, you must separately agree to the PayPlan by RBC Merchant Agreement prior to installing the PayPlan by RBC merchant application.
