Managing WooCommerce Orders
The PayPlan plugin integrates seamlessly with WooCommerce so you can manage PayPlan financed orders through WooCommerce’s order management system.
Actions taken in WooCommerce’s order management system for PayPlan orders will automatically reflect in PayPlan's database. Orders paid for with PayPlan will be noted within the order details as “Payment via Pay Over Time” and will begin in an “On Hold” state.
Settle Orders
PayPlan defines Settlement as when an order is shipped which triggers PayPlan funds back to the merchant. To settle an order go to the Order Details and change the status to “Completed”. This will move the order to a “Settled” state in your Merchant Portal.
Cancel Orders
To cancel an order go to the Order Details and change the status to “Cancelled”. This will move the order to a “Cancelled” state in your Merchant Portal.
Refund Orders
You can issue a partial of full refund of a Completed order by following these steps:
1. Select the Order you want to refund in WooCommerce
2. Scroll to the Item section and click "Refund"
3. Enter the amount you want to refund
4. Click the "Refund via PayPlan (Finance)" option. This status change will be reflected in your Merchant Portal as well.
We also recommend updating the order status to Refunded in WooCommerce to keep your order records consistent.
