Managing PayPlan Orders

Orders placed through the standard Shopify checkout, where PayPlan is chosen as a payment method, will show as regular orders that note a payment from PayPlan in the transaction history.

Order management actions performed in the Shopify OMS, including capture, refund, and cancel, will automatically trigger the corresponding actions to the PayPlan Transactions API, and transactions will be updated in the PayPlan merchant portal.

Capturing Payment

Click the "Capture Payment" button to manually capture payment and settle the transaction. The order should now be reflected in a "Settled" status in the PayPlan merchant portal.

Refunds and Cancellations

Issuing refunds and cancellation should be performed through your normal Shopify order management actions. All actions will automatically trigger the corresponding requests to the PayPlan Transactions API, and will update Transaction totals and statuses in the PayPlan merchant portal.

Fulfillment

Before fulfilling an order please confirm the order is fully paid and shows a Payment status of Paid. Orders with a Payment status of Partially paid should be inspected.
