Fail Single Payment

put https://api-preview.platform.breadpayments.com/api/payments/payment/fail-single-payment

Fails a single payment by referenceID or transactionID and returns the updated payment. Note: you're not required to supply both a referenceID and a transactionID - they're marked as required since interdependencies between query parameters are still not supported by openapi.
